On your device, and in your private iCloud account so it follows you to your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. A shared Kitchen Sync list lives in the iCloud account of the person who shared it. If iCloud is off for an app, its data stays on that device only. Deleting an app deletes what it saved on that device.

Yes. Changes sync the next time you're online. Pinpoint's map imagery comes from Apple Maps, so it needs a connection to load areas you haven't viewed recently.

Open Settings → Household → Share Household and send the invite by Messages, Mail or a link. Once someone accepts, you both shop from the same list.

Kitchen Sync keeps you in one household at a time, so everyone shops from the same list. Joining someone else's household replaces your own list. If you're sharing your list with others, stop sharing it before you join another.

Open Settings → Household → Leave Household. You'll start with a fresh list of your own.

Yes. Give a store a location in Settings → Stores and allow location access. When you open Kitchen Sync at that store, the list switches to its aisle order. On iPhone, turn on Notify When I Arrive to get a reminder of your list when you get there.

Make sure you're signed in to Game Center in your device's settings. Achievements are worked out from your whole history, so anything you've already earned is credited the next time you finish a game.
